**SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT THE FALL 2017 CONCERT:

November 12, 2017 is an important date for the Crozet Community Orchestra. With Armenian American violinist Monika Chamasyan, we will be presenting the first performance outside of the old Soviet Union of a magnificent violin concerto by Armenian composer Arno Babajanian.  The orchestral parts were lost following the collapse of the Soviet Union and have been transcribed from a photo copy of the original score.  It is a large work, romantic, exciting, with strong flavors of its Armenian heritage.  Don’t miss it!  You’ll be among the first to hear in the it in the USA! Due to the special nature of the program, the CCO will be performing two concerts: one in Charlottesville on Saturday night, November 11, 2017 at 7:30 pm and one in Crozet on Sunday, November 12 at 4:00 pm. Additional details to follow, when available.
